About me
I received the B.Eng. degree in Robotics Engineering, and M.Sc. degree in Electronics Engineering in 2022, and 2024, respectively, both from University of Engineering and Technology, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, Vietnam. I am currently an Automotive Embedded Engineer at VinAI Research, responsible for the control and planning modules for autonomous vehicles.

Research interests
My research directions evolve around the efficient coordination of multi-robot systems by considering robustness, scalability, and safety. More specifically, my interests include:

- Feb 2025: I was awarded the title of Excellent Employee of the Year 2024 at VinAI Research.
- Jan 2025: Our paper: “Navigation variable-based multi-objective particle swarm optimization for UAV path planning with kinematic constraints” has been published at Neural Computing and Applications.
- Nov 2024: I sucessfully defened my Master’s Thesis with the title “Distributed Control strategies for Changing Multiple UAV Formation”.
- Oct 2024: Our product “Fully Automatic Parking Assist” at VinAI Research has won the Smart Parking Innovation of the Year award at Autotech Breakthrough Award 2024.
- Jul 2024: Our paper: “Model Predictive Control for Optimal Motion Planning of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles” has been presented at 2024 7th International Conference on Control, Robotics and Informatics (ICCRI), Da Nang, Vietnam (Best paper award).
- Apr 2024: Our paper: “Radial basis function neural networks for formation control of unmanned aerial vehicles” has been published at Robotica.
- Jan 2024: Our two papers: “Ant colony optimization for cooperative inspection path planning using multiple unmanned aerial vehicles”, and “Self-Reconfigurable V-shape Formation of Multiple UAVs in Narrow Space Environments” has been presented at 2024 IEEE/SICE International Symposium on System Integration (SII), Ha Long, Vietnam.
- Dec 2023: I am honored to receive the Master Scholarship of Vingroup Innovation Foundation (VINIF).
- Sep 2023: I started working as an Automotive Embedded Engineer at VinAI Research.
- Apr 2023: Our paper: “Lyapunov-Based Nonlinear Model Predictive Control for Attitude Trajectory Tracking of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles” has been published at International Journal of Aeronautical and Space Sciences.
- Dec 2022: I am honored to receive the Master Scholarship of Vingroup Innovation Foundation (VINIF).
- Nov 2022: Our paper: “Deployment of UAVs for optimal multihop ad-hoc networks using particle swarm optimization and behavior-based control” has been presented at 2022 11th International Conference on Control, Automation and Information Sciences (ICCAIS), Hanoi, Vietnam.
- Oct 2022: I started my M.Sc. in Electronics Engineering at University of Engineering and Technology, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, under the guidance of Dr. Hung Pham Duy and Dr. Manh Duong Phung.
- Sep 2022: Our paper: “Adaptive fuzzy Lyapunov-based model predictive control for parallel platform driving simulators” has been published at Transactions of the Institute of Measurement and Control.
- Jun 2022: I sucessfully defened my Undergraduate Thesis with the title “Lyapunov-based Nonlinear Model Predictive Control for Trajectory tracking and Navigation of a Four wheeled omni-directional Mobile Robot”.
- Aug 2018: I started my B.Eng. in Robotics Engineering at University of Engineering and Technology, Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
